Our client - an international consulting and project management company is looking for a new team member - Office Administrator.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
THE MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:
- Managing e-mails and correspondence, answering the phone;
- Maintaining levels of required office supplies, reordering as necessary;
- Organising business trips (booking flight tickets, hotels, dealing with travel accountancy);
- To assist in organizing events (e.g. training) which take place in Vilnius;
- New hires introduction with office premises and documentation;
- Other tasks related to office activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in office administration;
- Excellent command of written and spoken Lithuanian and English, good computer skills;
- Detail-oriented, able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision;
- Excellent planning, organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a flexible, fast paced and changing environment;
- Positive attitude and creativity;
- Experience in managing HR documentation would be an advantage.
