Our client - an international consulting and project management company is looking for a new team member - Office Administrator.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

THE MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Managing e-mails and correspondence, answering the phone;
  • Maintaining levels of required office supplies, reordering as necessary;
  • Organising business trips (booking flight tickets, hotels, dealing with travel accountancy);
  • To assist in organizing events (e.g. training) which take place in Vilnius;
  • New hires introduction with office premises and documentation;
  • Other tasks related to office activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in office administration;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Lithuanian and English, good computer skills;
  • Detail-oriented, able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a flexible, fast paced and changing environment;
  • Positive attitude and creativity;
  • Experience in managing HR documentation would be an advantage.
